COPY LINK link Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time Payroll Administrator in the Cookeville, TN area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process and administer payroll for multiple manufacturing plants Handle weekly entries related to payroll and benefits, including 401k filings. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Monitor time off accruals in the payroll system. Maintain confidential payroll records and assist with internal/external audits. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions. Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Provide backup support for team members when necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; additional education preferred 3+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (ADP Workforce Manager/Workforce Now or similar) Ability to be on-site 5 days a week

Pay Details:
