Job Description

Summit Medical Group is recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator . This is a full time opportunity. This position assists Payroll Manager in payroll preparation, record keeping and customer service for all partners and employees. This position is searching for a candidate with UKG Pro WFM experience preferred but not required. Examples of Duties (List does not include all duties assigned) Assists with manager support for electronic timesheets during payroll week. Imports hours from time and attendance system to payroll system. Process direct deposit enrollments and changes. Perform all related functions in the time and attendance system. Process manual transactions submitted by Human Resources. Process periodic payrolls. Includes system processing, printing and preparing paychecks and vouchers for delivery. Submit direct deposit file to financial institution. Answer questions from managers and employees regarding payroll, as well as providing support as needed for other requests. Maintains strictest confidentiality. Adheres to all appropriate aspects of the corporate compliance plan. Performs other related duties as requested by physicians, the CFO, the Controller, and other appropriate administration. Actively participates in site-level Quality Improvement Activities. Each employee will contribute to the continual evaluation site performance as well as the implementation and measurement of improvement activities that increase the quality of care provided to patients. Education High School Diploma required. Associates Degree in Business preferred. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of payroll-related experience required.
