Payroll Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support end-to-end US payroll processes and assist with monthly Canada payroll under the Payroll manager. You'll run audits and reconciliations to validate data accuracy and act as a key resource for multi-state payroll tax compliance. You'll collaborate with finance and human capital partners to align resources and identify improvements that boost efficiency and quality. The position offers a hands-on payroll role in a dynamic, multinational organization with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

Compensation / Benefits

• Support semi-monthly multi-state payroll administration and monthly Canada payroll under supervision
• Maintain employee records including deductions
• Audit and analyze HR and Payroll data for inconsistencies
• Prepare payroll and ad hoc reports
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Document compliant procedures and processes
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Tasks
• 4+ years of payroll experience
• Extensive knowledge of payroll tax requirements across multiple states, including reciprocity rules and local jurisdictions
• Experience with UKG Payroll and Workday
• Proficiency in MS Excel Key requirements
