Job Description

Job Summary The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and helps ensure smooth HR operations. This position may be a part-time or full-time role and offers schedule flexibility depending on experience. The right candidate must be bilingual in Spanish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and employee status changes. Process payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information and managing payroll for all employees. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives. Handle confidential employee information with discretion. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or coordination experience. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Bilingual in Spanish required Preferred Skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Customer-service-oriented mindset. Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
