We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support the management of full-cycle payroll operations for a growing and dynamic workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, auditing payroll data, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Role Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time Review and audit timecards, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure smooth payroll operations
Employee Prerequisites:
2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience required Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, garnishments, and deductions Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Excel Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills Automotive dealership experience is a plus
