Working closely with our clients, you will ensure the collecting and verifying of timesheet information, calculating pay, setting up new companies and employees. With a detailed, focused mindset, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and the quality of all Payroll, Timekeeping and HR data. The Advanced Payroll Processor is responsible for ensuring that each client is set up to meet their individual Payroll, Timekeeping and HR goals. The Advanced Payroll Processor position is responsible for ensuring the processes for collecting of timekeeping information, incorporating deductions and pay changes into a periodic payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees and employers, for a number of different companies. Our goal and your goal will be to assist business owners stay in compliance while helping them grow their companies with a wide array of software and tools centered around Human Capital Management. Payroll Processing certifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with at least one if not a variety of payroll software systems. Diligent attention to detail with the ability to verify, reverify and check your own and others work for accuracy and/or discrepancies. Operational and Sales Commission Plan available.
