We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our growing team and help us continue delivering top-tier service from the inside out. ________________________________________ Position Summary As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You'll work closely with our HR and accounting teams to maintain compliance, support reporting functions, and provide outstanding service to our staff. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple departments in a timely and accurate manner Maintain and update employee payroll records Manage payroll deductions, benefits, and wage garnishments Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal and external use Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly Support HR and accounting teams with audits and year-end reportingRequirements:
Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience (automotive industry a plus, but not required) Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and applicable laws Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or dealership systems like CDK preferred) High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Why Join Us?
