$27/HR Responsibilities Process weekly/biweekly multi‑state payroll Apply federal, state, and local tax rules Support union payroll and supplemental pay Reconcile payroll, taxes, and SOX‑compliant files Process garnishments, W‑2/W‑2C corrections, and on‑demand checks Submit 401(k) and HSA reporting Research and resolve payroll issues Maintain payroll records and support audits Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years multi‑state payroll experience ADP Workforce Now (preferred) Strong Excel and accuracy skills Ability to handle confidential information Canadian payroll experience a plus
