Full Job Description Job Overview:
Ion Solar is seeking a Sales Payroll Analyst to join our growing sales commissions/payroll team. The Sales Payroll Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and processing sales commissions for our sales team. This individual will ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions and will work closely with our sales team to resolve any commission-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and process sales commissions for the sales team. Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions. Work with the sales team to resolve any commission-related issues. Create and maintain commission reports for the sales team and management. Provide guidance to sales team members on commission calculations and policies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to commissions and payroll. Continuously improve commission processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commission-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. We power people - together we power to change.
