At Kruwis Management, we know that great people are the heart of any successful business. We're looking for an experienced and reliable Staff Payroll Administrator to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in the aspect of the employee experience.
Job Summary:
The Staff Payroll Administrator will process weekly payroll and maintain employee time records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing multi-state payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees' hourly rates, salaries, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information. Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations Support HR and Payroll teams with special projects assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Google workspaces or related software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
Qualifications:
Experience in accounting, HR, or administrative support role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems- ADP knowledge is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of experience in payroll preferred.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
