Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tysons, VA. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for employees with a high degree of accuracyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulationsManage payroll tax calculations, filings, and reconciliationsHandle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll systemProcess garnishments, deductions, and benefits-related payroll changesAssist with payroll audits and reporting as neededCollaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
