- Leave & Timesheet Administration Specialist
- to be a member of our Shared Services team.
- Core Responsibilities
- Timesheet & Leave‑of‑Absence Administration
- + Maintain and update employee timesheet statuses for all LOA types (FMLA, STD, LTD, Military, Personal, Workers Comp, etc.
- Bonus Processing
- + Manage bonus file intake and perform detailed validation for eligibility, accurate amounts, and correct tax treatment. + Prepare bonus upload templates and coordinate with Payroll to ensure timely processing and posting prior to Labor on Fridays. + Audit bonus entries before and after processing to verify payment accuracy.
- Special File Processing
- + Handle specialized payroll‑related files, including: + Retros and Arrears + Weekly LR and Benefits Files + Quick Entry Files + Benefit deduction files - Imported into Dayforce + Leave automation files - Holiday Accruals and Reversals + Data security‑sensitive files routed between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, FSIS + Escalate anomalies or structural file issues to FSIS or IT as needed.
- Leave & Timesheet Audits
- + Identify variances between leave balances, accrual rules, and CP/Dayforce configurations. + Document findings and adjust to be reviewed and posted by Payroll Lead/Director. + Support Legal and HR Compliance in audits of regulated leave programs.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- + Partner closely with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, FSIS, and HR Compliance to keep all LOA, bonus, and special processes aligned. + Participate in workflow design discussions for LOA automation and new state leave law implementations.
- Experience and Education Requirements
- + High School diploma or equivalent with minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; Bachelors degree is desired.
- Ideal Background
- + Experience in Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, or Leave Administration.
