ASAP We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience who can ensure accurate and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employees Ensure accuracy of timekeeping, wages, deductions, and taxes Maintain and update employee payroll records Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees Reconcile payroll reports and assist with general ledger entries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Assist with year-end processes, including W-2s and auditsQualifications:
2+ years of payroll processing experience Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar) strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Why This Role?
