Key Responsibilities for the Payroll and Accounting Coordinator role: Process biweekly payroll, including timesheet review, direct deposits, manual checks, deductions, garnishments, and benefit payments. Maintain payroll records, tax filings, W-2 reporting, payroll reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting. Maintain and update payroll system configurations, including leave plans, schedules, earnings codes, and reporting structures.
