That's why we say we offer far more than furniture. We're Furnishing Knowledge. KI has an opening for a part-time or full-time Payroll Coordinator at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This onsite role involves providing general operational support for weekly and bi-weekly payroll, working closely with the corporate payroll team. The ideal candidate should have experience processing complex, multi-state payroll through an enterprise HRIS system, and be adept at completing regular reports and audits for compliance and accuracy. Candidates must be flexible with work hours to meet business needs, which may include working occasional weekends or holidays to support the payroll process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are also required. Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll. Follows all processing procedures, adheres to policies, and maintains confidentiality. Participate and partner with other finance staff to ensure no gaps in service. Participate in activities and projects related to payroll. What you Need to Succeed Associate's degree in accounting AND minimum 3 years relevant work experience in an accounting or payroll position. General knowledge of payroll regulations in multi-state corporate environment. Knowledge and experience working with Dayforce, or a related Human Capital Management system KI takes pride in being 100% employee owned.
