About Our Client Well-established transportation and logistics organization with a strong industry reputation Supportive, team-oriented environment with long-term stability Focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence across nationwide services Excellent opportunity to grow into a long-term role with full benefits eligibility upon hire Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across the organization Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Perform payroll-related data entry and maintain employee information records Coordinate with HR regarding employee changes impacting payroll processing Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies professionally Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting requirements Utilize payroll software, including Greenshades, to support efficient payroll operations Support 401(k) administration, deductions, and employee inquiries Desired Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience with payroll software systems required; Greenshades experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Salary Information $28/hour We're looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
