Job Description

Payroll Specialist Salary:

Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage payroll tax reporting and deductions. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes. Assist with audits and reconciliations related to payroll.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll role. Union experience strongly preferred. EB-1166363422
