Job Description

We're looking for a Payroll & Workforce Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting our workforce through accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping ensure payroll and benefits processes run smoothly while contributing to a positive employee experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, identifying discrepancies, and continuously improving processes. What You'll Do Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for employees across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate pay. Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA administration, invoice review, and payment processing. Reconcile benefit-related accounts and maintain accurate records. Coordinate and administer Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes. Complete new hire setup and onboarding transactions within ADP. Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions, providing exceptional customer service and support. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
