What You'll Do:
Process mail on a daily basis.

Answer phones and assist employees with inquiries.

File and scan records into an electronic format.

Process and pay garnishments in a timely manner.

Assist with writing payroll procedures as requested.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA high school diploma with one (1) year of payroll experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Ability to use standard office equipment, including a ten-key by touch, copier, fax machine, check signing machine, shredder and bursting machine.

Knowledge of ADP. Additional Eligibility QualificationsEnglish language fluency, verbal and written.

Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
