Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our retail team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers while developing a comprehensive understanding of banking operations. Key Responsibilities:
Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and financial services Open new customer accounts Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are properly recorded Promote and cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service Adhere to security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic organization committed to growth, innovation, and community service. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional banking or financial certifications are a plus Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
