• Job Responsibilities
• + Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings.

+ Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements. + Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want. + Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions
