Our mission is to empower military veterans, seniors, youth, and those facing barriers to employment through our thrift stores, donations, and community partnerships. BankWork$ is offered through Goodwill Colorado Summary BankWork$ is a comprehensive program offered at no cost to teach all the skills necessary to be ready to launch a career in retail Banking. It is 8 weeks long, Wednesday to Friday 9a.m. to 2p.m. and is a certificate program endorsed by the Colorado Banking Association. Upon completion, bank role opportunities include Teller, Personal Banker, Universal Banker and Customer Consultant. Average starting pay is $19.00 to $25.00/hr with competitive benefit packages. BankWork$ partners with 19 Banks and Credit Unions in the Denver/Aurora area who help to provide this program to the underserved members of the Community. Responsibilities Attend all 8 weeks of training - no cost Completion of assignments and exams Work well with diverse populations Participate in exercises and make presentations Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
