Personal Banker

Personal Banker Hours:

Weekdays 8:10-5:10 Job duties:

• Open and close a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts
• Accept cash and checks for deposit; check accuracy of deposit transaction
• Identify customer, validate and cash checks
• Record transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
• Balance currency
• Prepare change orders
• Assist clients with wires and electronic/mobile banking products
• Answer inquiries regarding checking/savings accounts and other bank products
• Typing, filing, answering phones, distributing mail
• Document imaging
• Provide quality and personalized service
• other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

• high school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years cash handling experience
• 1+ years of operational experience in a bank
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook experience preferred Key competencies:
