Job Description

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading Hawaii-based financial institution to hire experienced Branch Call Support Consultants. This role supports branch locations, call center teams, and internal departments by assisting with customer inquiries, resolving operational issues, and handling escalated customer concerns. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer operational inquiries and concerns. Handle escalated customer calls with professionalism and sound judgment. Research, investigate, and coordinate resolutions for customer issues. Partner with branch employees, call center representatives, and internal departments to provide timely support. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. Utilize multiple systems and applications to support daily operations. Ensure confidential customer information is handled appropriately and securely. Manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a call center, banking, or branch operations environment. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Experience handling escalated customer concerns or complaints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with technology systems and applications. Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous banking or financial services experience. Experience with retention calls or customer issue resolution. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Experience supporting customers in a high-volume environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
