Job Summary As a Universal Banker, you will deliver exceptional customer service while providing a wide range of banking solutions. You will help build strong relationships with clients, identify their financial needs, and offer tailored products and services. You will play a vital role in promoting financial literacy, ensuring smooth banking operations, and safeguarding customer assets through diligent fraud prevention. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to grow your career in banking! Duties Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate banking products Process various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, debits & credits, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency Demonstrate understanding of account system by opening, maintaining, and closing of various accounts Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, upselling opportunities, and personalized service to enhance loyalty Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring account activity and adhering to security protocols Qualifications Proven experience in financial sales or customer service within a banking or retail environment is preferred Strong relationship management skills with the ability to upsell products effectively Knowledge of banking operations including cash handling procedures Familiarity with financial services software and basic math skills Excellent communication skills to educate customers on financial products and services Ability to detect suspicious activity related to fraud prevention and detection measures High school diploma or equivalent required Join us as a Universal Banker and become a vital part of our team dedicated to empowering our customers' financial success!
