Position Overview:
The Personal Banker for Deposit Sales is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales in a call center setting or branch setting, while ensuring member service expectations are met.

What You Will Do:
Member Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with members both in-person, over-the-phone and digitally Understand members' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services Provide personalized financial advice and solutions Sales & Product Knowledge Promote and cross-sell banking products such as checking/savings accounts, CDs, mortgages, credit cards, and loans Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers through outbound calls Work assigned lead lists to generate new business and deepen relationships with current clients Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and branch interactions Stay informed on financial products, policies, and regulatory requirements Meet or exceed sales and outreach goals Account Management & Customer Service Assist members with opening and managing accounts Resolve member inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently Provide guidance on digital banking services and account security Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to banking regulations Maintain confidentiality of member information Spot signs of fraudulent activity and escalate concerns appropriately Our Ideal Candidate High School Diploma or equivalent.?Associate degree in business, communication, or related field preferred? Three years' proven sales experience in the banking industry. General banking knowledge preferred, specifically related to deposit accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposits, debit and credit cards) Ability to conduct job related tasks in either a call center setting or within a branch with direct member contact Self-motivated and goal oriented.? Deposit Sales Manager Environmental and Physical Activity Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The daily responsibilities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, walking, finger dexterity, reaching, stooping, and grasping functions. The position also often requires reaching and lifting (up to 25 pounds). Frequent sitting, standing, and repetitive motion activities are also required. Must be able to read print and computer-based materials and to do so with consistent accuracy. Most of these functions require light physical exertion and are conducted indoors at controlled degrees of temperature.
