This position provides a single source for the financial needs of our members. It is responsible for providing adequate and timely assistance to members for new accounts, IRAs, CDs, and other credit union products. The position includes Memberships, Member Services and Lending assistance. Must have prior banking or credit union experience in lending or banking positions. It is located at our branch in Roscoe, Illinois. In this role, you will interview new members for eligibility, prepare necessary documents for personal memberships ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Could also interview members for consumer loans, CU Student Choice Loans, and Visa applications to develop information concerning their loan needs, earning, and financial condition. Open, maintain, and close membership, checking, sub share, and CD accounts for members as well as assisting the lending and member solutions teams as needed.
