Job Description

Dieterich Bank is seeking a Part-Time Personal Banker to join our team at our Waterloo Rt 3 branch. The ideal candidate will be available to work three days per week from 8am to 5pm and rotating Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of Dieterich Bank in the community, helping customers make informed financial decisions while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

As a Personal Banker, you will: Deliver friendly, professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing transactions. Open new accounts and assist with account setup. Support customers with online banking, fraud inquiries, and account updates. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately. Promote and recommend bank products and services to meet customer needs. Build strong customer relationships and contribute to an exceptional banking experience.
Qualifications:
