As a Universal Banker, you will wear many hats, assisting members with everything from opening accounts to answering their questions about loans. Your ability to connect with our clients and understand their unique needs will be essential in building long-lasting relationships and fostering member loyalty. Responsibilities Engage with members to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions. Open new accounts for members, including checking, savings, and loan products. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Educate members on bank products, services, and promotions that best meet their needs. Assist members with online and mobile banking inquiries and transactions. Resolve member issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and foster a supportive environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Driver's License Previous experience in banking or member service is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support diverse members. Starting pay is $16 per hour.
