Academy Bank is expanding and adding Digital Banking Representative to its growing team in Leavenworth! Academy Bank provides a wide range of financial solutions to businesses and individuals, including commercial and small business lending, treasury management, and mortgage services. They feature the latest banking technologies, including Smart ATM and Interactive Teller Machine video banking and are always searching for ways to provide a better banking experience for you. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin a long-term career in banking with a company that values development, teamwork, and exceptional client service. Training is provided, making this a great entry-level opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is eager to learn and grow within the financial industry. As a Digital Banking Representative , you'll assist clients through interactive video banking, online banking support, secure messaging, live chat, email, and phone interactions. This role combines technology with relationship-focused service in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where employees are empowered to succeed. Academy Bank currently offers both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, providing flexibility for a variety of schedules and lifestyles. The schedule also includes rotating every other Saturday shift as part of the team-based support structure.

What You'll Do:
Assist clients with banking transactions and account support through multiple service request or inquiries submitted through email, Secure Mail, Web Chat or other Digital Banking Channels Open and maintain accounts while ensuring compliance and accuracy Support online banking, password resets, disputes, ACH inquiries, and other service requests Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple digital banking platforms Collaborate with internal teams to support troubleshooting and operational needs
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience in retail or a similar environment High school diploma or equivalent Banking experience preferred but not required Familiarity and high comfort level with a variety of electronic forms of communication - phone, video, social media, email, etc Ready to join a supportive team where your growth matters and your career can thrive?
