Job Description
United Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Seneca location. As a Personal Banker, you will grow strong client relationships by processing transactions, opening new accounts and responding to inquiries. You will develop a thorough understanding of United Bank & Trust's products in services and offer solutions that align with customer's financial needs. Responsibilities Open and process new accounts and assist customers by providing comprehensive information on bank products and services. Prepare required product applications, maintain accurate files and ensure all required documentation is obtained. Research and resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Actively engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Must demonstrate adherence to compliance policies and main confidentiality. Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Exhibits a strong work ethic and commitment to responsibility. Previous banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
