FULL-TIME HOURLY
These employees work from 30 to 40 hours each week and are paid on an hourly basis. They are eligible for the same benefits as salaried employees and paid time off is paid at 8 hours per day.JOB SUMMARY
Establishes, retains and deepens relationships with current and potential bank customers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service from both the Teller and desk side. Serves as banking center leader in absence of banking center Manager / Officer.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years as a personal banker, combination of two years as a
PB / CSR
with minimum of one year as a PB, or three years customer service experience with sales experience required.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, follow-up and selling skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Ability to lead others in sales and service.
- Completion of teller training is required for this position.
- Insurance license in Life and Annuities required with recorded sales.
- Strong contributor in integration income.
- Experienced working knowledge of Appro application, contract preparation closing and funding processes.
- Working knowledge of Capital Stream processes.
- Employees who do not have a current Product Knowledge score of 85% must pass the Product Knowledge Exam before being allowed to interview.
