This position focuses on building strong customer relationships, meeting sales and service goals, and ensuring a positive banking experience through knowledgeable, personalized support. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and support daily banking transactions. Open and service deposit and loan accounts; process deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Balance cash drawer and complete settlement procedures accurately. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Cross-sell bank offerings and make referrals to business partners (mortgage, investments, etc.). Assist customers with Home Equity applications and follow through to closing. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and follow-up. Promote and demonstrate digital banking tools (ATM, online, mobile banking). Maintain accurate records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Meet individual and team sales and service goals. Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and security policies. Participate in training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented branch environment. Represent the bank through community involvement and relationship building.
