Freedom Credit Union is seeking a part-time Universal Agent to deliver high-quality, member-first service in our Greater Philadelphia branches. In this role, you will assist members with everyday banking needs, including opening accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, and supporting digital banking tools. You'll educate members on loans, credit cards, and financial solutions that fit their goals while maintaining strict compliance and security standards. Working in a collaborative, community-focused team, you'll build skills in banking, lending, and member relationship management with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Provide in-branch and phone support for members' everyday banking needs Open and service savings, checking, and deposit accounts Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers Educate members on credit union products, digital banking, and self-service tools Assist with consumer loan and credit card applications and documentation Resolve member issues with professionalism and accuracy Adhere to compliance, security, and confidentiality standards Meet individual and branch service and referral goals Collaborate with team members to support branch operations Participate in community and financial education initiatives Required Skills Customer service Cash handling Banking transactions Account opening and maintenance Loan application support Digital banking systems Sales and referrals Regulatory and compliance awareness Problem resolution Verbal and written communication
