Bank of the Rockies is seeking a motivated individual to join its central banking operations staff in Helena, MT as an Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for back-office banking services. This position will be primarily responsible for performing general ledger reconciliations and verifying branch clearings. In addition, will perform levy, garnishment response and other research, TMS entries, Mobil/Merchant capture; and many other ongoing bank-operations tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, collaborative and works well with a team of other accounting specialists.

Required qualifications are:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or business administration, management, finance. Previous banking or financial institution experience.
