What You'll Do This position is responsible for assisting the Personal Bankers. The incumbent will be trained to provide backup services, including collateral perfection and tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution and other duties necessary to assist the Personal Banker in providing timely loan closings/account openings as well as on-going monitoring support. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies Basic knowledge of bank mortgage and investment products and services Knowledge of various federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation E and teller roles and responsibilities relating to each act Background & Experience High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
