Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Personal Banker at our Fallbrook location, where you will be the vital link between our financial institution and the community. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while actively promoting our banking products and services. Your enthusiasm and financial expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals, foster lasting relationships, and drive the growth of our branch. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, deepen your banking knowledge, and make a meaningful impact every day. Duties Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions. Promote and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and other products to enhance customer financial wellness. Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring account activity, verifying transactions, and adhering to security protocols. Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service to foster loyalty. Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions using financial software while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. Skills Excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately using cashiering skills such as basic math, retail math, debits & credits, 10-key typing, and cash management. Familiarity with financial services software systems for transaction processing and record keeping. Exceptional customer service abilities combined with clear communication skills to educate clients about banking options.
