Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their financial needs Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency Promote bank products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, and loans to meet customer needs Manage customer relationships by offering tailored financial advice and solutions to enhance their banking experience Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring transactions and verifying account activity in accordance with security protocols Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, cash management activities, and customer interactions using financial software systems Support the bank's sales initiatives through proactive outreach and relationship management strategies Experience Previous experience in financial sales or retail banking is highly preferred Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and rapport Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods within banking environments Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, debits & credits, and retail math calculations Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and promote bank products Proficiency in financial software applications and 10-key typing for efficient transaction processing This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in banking while providing exceptional service. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
