This role supports branch growth through sales, referrals, operational excellence, and customer engagement while serving as a resource and mentor to branch staff. The Senior Relationship Banker acts as a leader within the branch and provides support and guidance in the absence of management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and banking solutions. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and account issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide a consistent customer experience that reflects the Bank's values and commitment to service. Business Development & Community Engagement Achieve individual and branch sales goals through deposit growth, lending activity, and household relationship expansion. Proactively generate referrals through outbound calling efforts, networking, and customer interactions. Partner with internal teams to connect customers with specialized products and services. Participate in branch sales meetings and marketing initiatives to support growth objectives. Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank's image, brand and develop additional business. Lending, Deposits and Operations Open, maintain, and service consumer and business deposit accounts. Process consumer loan applications and assist customers throughout the lending process. Ensure account documentation, transactions, and customer records are accurate and compliant with Bank policies and regulatory requirements. Support branch operations including teller functions, account servicing, balancing, and other responsibilities as assigned. Provides backup support, as needed and assigned, for the Deposit Operations Officer. Compliance & Risk Management Maintain compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Protect customer information and Bank assets through sound operational and risk management practices. Support audit, security, and operational standards while promoting a culture of accountability and integrity. Teamwork & Professional Development Treat people with respect; maintain integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices. Provide leadership, training, and day-to-day support to branch personnel. Assist with onboarding and cross-training to promote staff development and operational consistency. Serve as a resource for branch employees regarding products, procedures, and customer service expectations. Support branch staff through teamwork, collaboration, and a willingness to assist as needed. Perform duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.

From $50,000.00 per year
