Job Description
The Universal Banker is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.
Responsibilities:
Attract and retain new customers, sell financial products, and provide services as needed to individuals Conduct branch or visit client visit sales Promote and sell financial products (e.g. account, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments) Complete sales of financial products and services in branches (collection and placement products) Serve as backup for the Personal Executive Recommend new options to enhance productivity Resolve basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience Previous financial sales and customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:
