$50,000+ depending on experience Seeking an experienced Universal Banker to join a community-focused financial institution in Middletown, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and providing exceptional service while supporting the daily operations of the branch. ResponsibilitiesOpen new consumer and business accounts while assisting customers with a variety of banking needsProcess deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactionsBalance cash, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily branch operationsSupport branch management and collaborate with lending staff to deliver outstanding customer serviceQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of banking experience in a Teller, Universal Banker, Branch Administrator, or similar roleExperience opening new accounts and assisting customers with banking products and servicesProficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; high school diploma required (college degree preferred)
