Assures compliance with all applicable State and Federal banking regulations, bank policies and procedures including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program and Information Systems Security Policies. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Represents the Bank to customers in a courteous and professional manner Provides prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing requests and transactions Engages in proactive contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identity needs Acts as a resource to identify customer service issues so that resolution can occur and customer is satisfied Resolves customer inquiries complaints as they occur Review and process daily reports to manage client accounts in accordance with Bank procedures Maintain the confidentiality of the Bank's customers Responsible for processing foreign items and returned mail Responsible for all debit card matters including but not limited to ordering debit cards; maintenance, hot cards and pin reorders and debit card disputes. Responsible for handing all ATM matters including but not limited to maintenance and disputes Responsible for online banking assistance to client, on both consumer and business online platforms. Remain current on and adhere to all regulatory requirements and training Complete all duties and responsibilities in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations in accordance with Bank policies and procedures Participate in community activities to promote the image and goodwill of the Bank Participate in staff meetings Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications include: Detailed knowledge of the types of products and services offered by the Bank Must have availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:30 pm Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented Must have good telephone etiquette Good communication skills, both verbal and written are required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously Travel between branches when needed
