Requirements:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors Customer-focused with the ability to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and time management skills Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative approach Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred Sales, cross-selling, or referral experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods Use of phone and computer for communication and daily tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Ability to build relationships, problem solve, and influence customer decisions Basic math and analytical skills
