Our Deposit Services team is responsible for processing and resolving customer requests and problems accurately and timely. This is a full-time position. Deposit Services Associate:
Perform a variety of Deposit Services functions, including exception processing, transaction research, legal requests, returns, and dispute resolution. Review account activity and transactions to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Verify and process electronic payment transactions, including wire transfers and ACH files. Provide cross-functional support and backup for additional Deposit Services operations.
