Part-Time Personal Banker (Bend, OR)

The position is on-site in Bend, Oregon. The starting pay ranges from $23.50 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for incentive pay. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour. Personal Bankers also known as Enrichment Advisors, are responsible for providing financial guidance to members, opening new consumer and business accounts, handling payments and loan applications, and promoting OCCU products. They must have a thorough understanding of OCCU's products and services and be able to explain their benefits effectively to members. Part-time employees will work 18-24 hours per week. Work schedules may consist of working 3-4 hours per day M-F to provide lunch coverage or possibly a couple of full days during the week on busier day depending on branch needs. Qualifications for this position include a minimum of three years of similar or related experience in banking, including opening consumer and business accounts and loans. Candidates must maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act. Qualified candidates will have the necessary education and experience to perform the essential functions and meet the minimum performance expectations for this role, with or without accommodation.
