What You'll Do:

Process daily ACH activity including origination, returns, and exception items; monitor account usage and transaction patterns for anomalies. Execute all daily batch control jobs related to ACH; process systematic and manual exceptions as needed. Perform daily reconciliation of ACH activity, investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Process incoming disputes received from the Fraud Department. Handle stop payments, DNE and unauthorized ACH transactions in accordance with NACHA rules and bank policy. Respond to and resolve internal and external inquiries pertaining to ACH transactions, rules, and processes. Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory retention requirements for ACH documentation. Ensure full adherence to applicable laws and regulations including Regulation CC, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and the

USA PATRIOT

Act / Customer Identification Program (CIP). Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, risk, and operations teams to support audits and regulatory reviews.
