This role is responsible for assisting customers with online and mobile banking services, answering account-related inquiries, and providing technical support for digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position includes a work-from-home rotation within the department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls and route calls appropriately when needed. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance for customer account inquiries and service requests. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online banking, mobile banking applications, and web browser compatibility. Support customers using internet banking and mobile account access platforms on smartphones and tablets. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Prior banking and customer service experience preferred. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to take initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required.
