Candidates should have 4 or more years of experience (J.D. class of 2022 or earlier) and a strong background in debt finance transactions. Ranked No. 1 in Texas by Vault, where associates call it "honestly the best BigLaw can get," V&E's finance practice consistently leads the market in deal volume and aggregate loan amounts, offering associates the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside industry-leading partners.
