Personal Banker

Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team in Midland, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized banking solutions to individuals and small businesses.
• Market and promote a variety of credit and non-credit products and services to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing account servicing both in-branch and through external client visits.
• Operate teller windows efficiently and accurately while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
• Assist customers in opening new accounts and completing consumer loan applications.
• Stay informed about community banking services and products to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all transactions.
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and satisfaction. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with individual and small business clients.
• Certification or experience in teller operations, account opening, and loan applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with community and retail banking practices.
