Job Description
Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with individual and small business clients, providing tailored banking solutions and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized banking solutions to individuals and small businesses.
- Market and promote a variety of credit and non-credit products and services to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing account servicing both in-branch and through external client visits.
- Operate teller windows efficiently and accurately while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts and completing consumer loan applications.
- Stay informed about community banking services and products to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all transactions.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
- Proven ability to interact professionally with individual and small business clients.
- Certification or experience in teller operations, account opening, and loan applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with community and retail banking practices.
