Job Description
Relationship Banker
- Highway 6 and Fort Bend Tollway-Fort Bend, TX At Chase, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients and employees, making them feel welcomed, valued, and understood.
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations

- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust
- ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients

- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
